While I was sleeping....aka Is Rihanna Original? (Pt 2.)

Eureka! (?) It was the Jean Paul- Gaultier design from Fifth Element c. 1997! In fact JP-G designed 954 costumes for the movie including Chris Tuckers 'Ruby Rhod' ensembles- which were redic. I guess nothing is truly new... some sh*t is just cyclical. The only issue I have is that 'R' is getting flack for how edgy the dress was... when in the movie it was not even an issue (and she had on less).... ah well. I guess its because 'Rih' is a role model as of 11/6/09, go fig.

I love this woman, or at least I think I do. I know there's @ least 2 lightskin dudes who do now... (too soon?).

But I digress, my mind was blown when I saw this weekends(?) images from the AMA. A lot of this artists image is touted as 'edgy', 'groundbreaking' and 'sexy'. Of course we all applaud when people have talent, but what is to be said about originality?

I was impressed by her ability to push the envelope yet again... but I recalled seeing this design before (a long time ago...)...but I couldn't figure out where... If we use our noodles we can see all around us: Kanye's references to japanese anime Akira tm in his "Stronger" video and Lloyd's whisper/singing is eerily similar to Sgt. Hooks (Police Academy) before she gets angry. But to what extent is anything new?

Juice Lee-n. Any intoxicant that is highly potent and unforgiving. This is usually achieved through a mixture or orgy of liquors, if you will. This alc' will definitely prove to be strong.

Ex: "Yo this punch, taste like some Juice Lee sh*t. Im finished!"
Juice Lee- v. To be inspired so much by spirits that you proceed to fight everyone in the: 1) Club/Lounge 2) Dorm 3) Baby Christening 4) Synagogue 5) OBGYN. This typically occurs after someone has ingested high amounts of that Juice Lee (n.). Not to be confused with fighting in the club, in general, when Juice Lee'ing you actually have to win a vast majority of your battles.

Ex: "If this dude step on my shoes one more time, imma Juice Lee this m******f******!"
